 At Mia Cara, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, we offer a hassle-free returns process. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand the guidelines for returning your purchases.


Return Period: You may return item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your order.


Conditions for Returns:

Item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

Item(s) must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alterations.

Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.


Return Process:

Cost of Returns: Please note that the cost of returning item(s) is your responsibility. 


Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.


Late Returns: For item(s) returned after the 28-day return period, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are unable to refund items that do not meet our return conditions.


Exclusions: We cannot accept returns in person at our physical location. All returns must be made as per returns process.


Non-Refundable Items: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on delivery costs. Additionally, we cannot refund items that are not safely received back to us or that are lost in transit. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
